What should I bring?
Bring the shoes or boots you use most and any current or previous orthotics, braces or inserts. Think about when the concern started and which activities make it better or worse.
Insurance, prescriptions and fees
There is no separate fee for the assessment. If orthotics or another paid service are recommended, the cost and choice to proceed are discussed separately. Before dispensing, confirm your benefit plan’s prescription and provider requirements.
What if my concern is urgent?
Do not use routine online booking in place of urgent assessment for an active ulcer, spreading redness, drainage, fever, blackened tissue, a cold or blue foot, sudden major swelling, a suspected fracture or rapidly worsening symptoms. Contact the appropriate physician, urgent-care service or emergency department.
