We never charge for our assessment or dispensing, or refurbishing & adjusting our orthotics
(But we’ve gratefully accepted tips for years!) We do charge a casting fee but it comes off the total.
Need a prescription / referral form?
Your doctor may use theirs or have some from clinics like ours, here.
You can book our assessment without prescription but should have it by the dispensing.
Custom orthotics are now recognized by the CRA as “zero-rated” medical devices.
A prescription enables you to claim for custom orthotics through insurance/benefits.
